Terms of Service
General Terms
- The commission will be a digital file, not printed.
- I do livestream my working process so if you don't want your commission showing on livestream, Please let me know.
- Do not use the commission as any blockchain-related technology such as NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.
- Do not use the commission to feed AI learning.
- I might decline commission requests that I couldn't fulfill the requests.
- I'll start working on the commission only after the payment.
- I prefer using Discord for communication if you need to discuss anything. Discord ID at bottom of page or message me through other links for contact
- Mention and credit me for the artwork would be appreciated.
Content of commission
- I may be required to simplify details to suit pixel art due to resolution limitations.
- I am open to NSFW, please discuss with me directly about details.
- I reserve the right to decline commissions
Rights and Usage
- I have the right to publish the work on social media or other public sites.
- Please credit me for public usage
Payment
- Prices are in USD
- I take payment through my ko-fi
- Payment is to be upfront
- Please contact me and we can discuss prices for content not covered by my basics
Process
- Once the commission has been accepted and payment has occurred, I will proceed with a rough sketch/animation preview.
- Once the sketch has been approved, work will proceed with the main piece until complete.
- Minor tweaks will be available for free before final completion, but majority of the process will be done without feedback.
